- Can more than one person Aadhaar-sign the same document?
- Yes. Each signer authenticates with their own Aadhaar OTP and receives their own one-time signature certificate on the document, so a four-party agreement carries four distinct verified signatures.
- Does every party need to sign in a set order?
- Only if you want them to. Set a sequential order when a witness or an approver should sign last, or run it in parallel when order does not matter.
- What if a vendor sits on the document?
- Signers who have not acted get an automatic reminder — a daily nudge, capped, so it stays a reminder rather than becoming harassment. You are not the chasing mechanism.
