Accordsign

Bulk Send · Business plans

One document. Many recipients. Each one their own.

Send the same document to up to 500 people at once — personalized to each, and private to each. No shared link, no group thread. Every recipient gets their own copy and sees only their own.

  • Up to 500 recipients per send
  • A private copy for every recipient
  • Personalized with merge fields

What it is

The same document, sent to everyone — individually.

Some documents go to one person. Others go to two hundred. Bulk Send is for the second kind — a permission slip for every parent, a policy acknowledgement for every employee, a circular for every member.

You upload the document once and the recipient list alongside it. Accordsign creates an individual document for each person on that list, fills in their details, and sends each one separately.

It is not a group send and it is not a shared link. Each recipient opens a document that belongs to them, with their own name on it, their own signature, and their own audit trail.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your document

The same document everyone will receive — a consent form, a circular, a policy acknowledgement.

  2. 2

    Add your recipient list

The list you upload holds one row per recipient, along with whatever details you want personalized on their copy.

  3. 3

    Map your merge fields

Name, class, roll number — whatever your document needs. Each field is filled per recipient from your list, so every copy comes out addressed to the right person.

  4. 4

    Choose how it gets signed

Recipients sign their own copy, your organisation signs once, or both parties sign. Pick the one that matches the document.

  5. 5

Send — up to 500 at once

Every recipient receives their own individual document. You track the whole send from one place, with an audit trail on each copy.

Recipients sign with a standard electronic signature — they draw, type, or upload it in the browser. No account needed on their end.

Private by design

Nobody sees anyone else's copy.

  1. One document per recipient, visible only to them

A parent signing a consent form sees their child's form. Not the class list, not another family's details, not who else has or hasn't signed. The same is true for an employee acknowledging a policy or a member signing an annual declaration.

  2. No shared thread, no exposed recipient list

This is the failure mode of sending sensitive paperwork by group email — one reply-all, one visible address list, and personal details have travelled further than anyone intended. Bulk Send never puts recipients in the same thread to begin with.

  3. An audit trail on every individual copy

Each document carries its own record of when it was sent, viewed, and signed — so a completed consent form stands on its own months later, without depending on anyone's memory of the send.

Signing options

Three ways a bulk send can be signed.

Not every document needs a signature back. Choose the arrangement that matches what the document is for.

Recipients sign their own copy

Each person signs the document addressed to them. Best for consent forms, permission slips, and policy acknowledgements where you need a signature back from every individual.

Your organisation signs once

You sign the document, and recipients receive and acknowledge their copy. Best for issued documents — circulars, notices, and letters that go out under your signature.

Both parties sign

For two-party documents where your organisation and the recipient both need to sign the same copy.

Signatures on a bulk send are standard electronic signatures — recipients draw, type, or upload their signature in the browser, on any device, without creating an account.

Who it's for

Built for the paperwork that goes to everyone.

Schools and education

Permission slips, consent forms, parent circulars, and student documents — sent to an entire class, year group, or school in one go, each addressed to the right child and parent.

HR and people teams

Policy acknowledgements, handbook updates, and annual declarations — one document, every employee, each signing their own copy.

Membership bodies and societies

Member circulars, annual consents, and society communications — reaching every member individually rather than as a group thread.

Any "same document, many people" send

Whenever the document is identical but the person receiving it is not, Bulk Send is the shape that fits.

Multi-party agreements are a different shape — several people signing one document rather than each receiving their own. That's covered in our guide to multi-party signing.

Availability

Bulk Send is a Business-plan feature.

It's included on the Starter and Growth Business plans, and on Enterprise. Accordsign charges per document rather than per signatory — so the price of a send is a function of the paperwork, not of how many names are on it.

Send it once. Everyone gets their own.

Bulk Send is available on Accordsign Business plans, alongside the team workspace, shared templates, and centralized audit logs.
