Pricing questions, answered.

Do credits expire?
Yes — credit packs (both document credits and Aadhaar eSign credits) are valid for one year from purchase date. Unused credits at the end of that period are forfeited.
What happens when I run out of documents on a Business plan?
Your envelopes stay drafted but won't send until your next billing cycle begins or you upgrade to a higher tier. Templates, audit trails, and existing signed PDFs remain accessible at all times. We email account owners when usage crosses 80% so you can plan ahead.
Can I move between plans?
Individual and Business plans are separate plan structures and are not interchangeable. Choose carefully at signup based on whether you need pay-as-you-go (Individual) or team features (Business). If your needs change significantly, contact support — we'll work with you on the cleanest path forward.
How does Aadhaar eSign pricing work?
Aadhaar eSign is billed separately from the document credits, on a per-signature basis via credit packs. This reflects the underlying cost we incur to the licensed eSign Service Provider that performs the cryptographic signing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay handles billing — UPI, Indian and international cards, net banking, and corporate wallets. Annual Business plans are invoiced; pay-as-you-go and monthly subscriptions are auto-charged. You can update payment methods anytime from your billing settings.
Do you offer refunds?
Credit packs and subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a Business subscription stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. We surface usage clearly so you can plan ahead — and prefer to talk if your situation is unusual. One carve-out: if we fail to deliver a working signed document due to a platform error on our side, we'll credit the affected document back to your account.
Is the price per document the same in INR and USD?
No. The INR price is the canonical published price. USD figures shown here are conversions at our reference rate and may differ slightly from what your card issuer applies on the day of payment.
