1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains Accordsign's approach to refunds for credit packs, subscriptions, and Aadhaar eSign credits. By using Accordsign, you agree to this policy.
2. General policy
All payments made to Accordsign are non-refundable. This includes:
- Pay-as-you-go credit packs
- Monthly Business plan subscriptions
- Annual Business plan subscriptions
- Aadhaar eSign credit purchases
- Auto-renewals, where billing information was valid at the time of renewal
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a Business plan subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
4. When we do credit your account
One carve-out: if we fail to deliver a working signed document due to a platform error on our side, we will credit the affected document back to your account. This is determined at our reasonable discretion based on the audit trail and platform logs.
5. Credit expiry
Pay-as-you-go credit packs (document credits and Aadhaar eSign credits) are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credits at the end of the validity period are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer or payment provider rather than contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the chargeback is resolved. We always prefer to discuss disputes directly — email support@accordsign.app first.
