Using the logo

  • Use the horizontal lockup wherever there is room for it.
  • Keep clear space around the logo of at least the height of the mark.
  • Place it on a light, plain background.
  • Do not recolour it, add a gradient, or apply a drop shadow.
  • Do not stretch, rotate, or crop the mark out of the lockup.
  • Do not set the wordmark in a different typeface or retype it by hand.
  • Do not place it on a busy photograph or a mid-tone background where the charcoal disappears.

Five things that get written about us that are not true.

Some of these are flattering. We would still rather they were not printed, because a claim we cannot stand behind costs more than one we can.

  • Accordsign is SOC 2 certified

    Accordsign is architected to SOC 2 standards. It has not completed an independent SOC 2 audit, and describing it as certified is inaccurate.

  • Accordsign issues Aadhaar signatures

    The cryptographic signature is applied by a CCA-licensed eSign Service Provider. Accordsign is OVSE-approved under UIDAI’s Online Verification Services Enablement framework; it is not the certifying authority.

  • Accordsign is the only platform with Aadhaar eSign

    It is not. Other platforms reach Aadhaar eSign through a licensed provider too. What differs is that it is included on every Accordsign plan rather than being an integration a customer builds.

  • You can try the API in a sandbox before going live

    There is no sandbox and no test mode. Every API key is a live key acting on real envelopes, and a send through the API consumes a document from the plan exactly as sending from the app does.

  • Bulk Send is cheaper per recipient

    A Bulk Send creates a separate copy for every recipient and uses one document from the plan per recipient. Per-document billing is an advantage against seat-based pricing generally, but it does not make bulk sending cheap.
