How to get the Accordsign Salesforce app

Managed-package install. Same mechanism ISVs use pre-listing.

We distribute the Accordsign Salesforce app as a managed package. You install it directly into your Salesforce org from a private install URL — the same install mechanism Salesforce ISVs use during limited release.

  1. 1

    Talk to our team

We share an install URL specific to your org.

  2. 2

    Install the package

A System Administrator installs it from the URL. Takes about five minutes.

  3. 3

    Connect your Accordsign account

OAuth-style connection from inside Salesforce to your Accordsign workspace.

  4. 4

Add the "Send for Signature" action

Drop it onto any object's page layout — Account, Opportunity, Contact, or custom.

We're working toward an AppExchange listing. In the meantime, the managed package is production-ready — currently used by IT services and financial services teams in India for live contract execution.

What the integration does

The actual capabilities, no marketing fluff.

  • Send envelopes from any Salesforce object (standard or custom)

  • Templates managed from Salesforce or Accordsign

  • Real-time status sync (Sent · Viewed · Signed · Declined · Completed)

  • Signed PDF attached automatically to the source record as a Content Document

  • Audit trail accessible from inside Salesforce

  • Aadhaar eSign available natively from inside Salesforce

  • Per-object configurable page layouts

  • Works in Lightning Experience (Salesforce Classic not supported)

Why Accordsign for Salesforce

Three reasons over the obvious alternatives.

Native Lightning, not iframes

Built in Lightning Web Components. Uses your Salesforce authentication. Lives inside your org — no third-party redirects, no popup-blocked OAuth flows, no separate billing portal.

Aadhaar eSign from inside Salesforce

India-specific legally valid signing, available right from the Opportunity, Account, or any custom object. We don't know of another Salesforce eSignature app that supports Aadhaar natively.

Honest pricing

Per-document, no per-Salesforce-user surcharge. Same pricing as non-Salesforce Accordsign — the Salesforce integration is included as part of your existing plan.

Getting started

A quick conversation, then a five-minute install.

Because the package is distributed privately, the install starts with a quick conversation. Tell us about your Salesforce edition, the objects you sign from, and how many users you need. We typically have teams installed and sending within a week.

For multi-user orgs and teams with custom Salesforce architecture, we offer white-glove setup at no additional cost.

What's on the roadmap

Where the Salesforce app is going next.

  • Mass-send from Salesforce list views

  • Salesforce Flow / Process Builder triggers

  • AppExchange listing

  • Native integration with Salesforce CPQ

We don't commit dates publicly. If you have a specific need, tell us — customer requests directly influence our roadmap.

FAQ

Salesforce-specific questions.

Why isn't Accordsign on the AppExchange yet?
Listing on AppExchange requires going through Salesforce's security review and certification process — a multi-month effort. We're prioritising product improvements and customer onboarding first. AppExchange listing is on the roadmap but we don't have a committed date. The managed package install we use today is the same mechanism Salesforce ISVs use during their pre-AppExchange phase.
Is the managed package safe to install?
Yes. Managed packages are a standard Salesforce distribution mechanism. Code runs inside your org with permissions you grant during install. Nothing we install touches data outside the Salesforce objects you've connected to Accordsign. You can uninstall at any time from Setup → Installed Packages.
Do I need a separate Accordsign account?
Yes. The Salesforce app connects to your Accordsign account — it doesn't replace one. If you don't have an Accordsign account yet, we'll set one up as part of the install conversation.
Can I send from custom objects?
Yes. Standard or custom, the configuration is the same — add the "Send for Signature" action to the page layout.
Does the app work in Salesforce Classic?
No. Accordsign for Salesforce is Lightning-only. If your team is still on Classic, we recommend a Classic-to-Lightning migration first — it'll unlock a lot more than just Accordsign.
