AccordSign follows a no-refund policy for all purchases and subscriptions.

No Refunds

All payments made on AccordSign are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, credit purchases, and any add-on services. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, partially or fully.

Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will continue to have full access to your plan features until the subscription expiry date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, unused documents, or early cancellation.

Billing & Renewals

  • Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals

  • Past or current billing cycles are not eligible for refunds

  • Prices, plans, and features may change as per our Terms

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges, at AccordSign’s sole discretion.
