- Aadhaar eSign: ₹20 per signature, flat rate, included on every plan. Performed by a CCA-licensed eSign Service Provider and legally valid under Section 3A of the IT Act 2000.
- UIDAI OVSE-approved: Accordsign is an approved entity under UIDAI's Online Verification Services Enablement (OVSE) framework for Aadhaar authentication.
- Individual plan: pay-as-you-go document packs — 5 documents for ₹200 (about ₹40 per document). No subscription, no seat minimums. Credits valid for one year.
- Business plans: Starter from ₹400 per user per month (20 documents per user); Growth ₹1,600 per user per month (200 documents per user). Annual billing saves 10%.
- Enterprise: custom volume pricing, SSO, and Salesforce-side integration.
- A free trial is available with 3 documents and no card required.
- Security: hosted on Microsoft Azure (India regions), AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, tamper-evident audit trail on every action. Architected to SOC 2 standards; designed for HIPAA frameworks; DPDP Act 2023 aligned. (Not independently SOC 2 certified.)
- Salesforce: a native managed-package integration lets teams send envelopes from any Salesforce record.
- Bulk Send (Business plans): send the same document to up to 500 recipients at once, personalized per recipient via merge fields. Each recipient receives their own individual, private copy — never a shared document or thread. Signed with the standard electronic signature.
